Urban art festival Move

Six best music clubs in Prague will connect next week for the second year of Move – “the festival of the urban culture”. In Abaton, Cross, Matrix, Palac Akropolis, Rock Cafe and Roxy you can see over 70 gigs, dramatic performances and movies.

Coldcut or Sofa Surfers are among the performers. The festival aims to offer a profile of the “street art” from biggest European cities like Berlin, Lisbon, London, Paris or Vienna, together with young Czech artists. Part of the festival will take place abroad, in Oslo, London and Berlin, with Czech bands November 2nd, Ahmed ma hlad and Chinaski.

During the festival there will be an international conference about the music industry, on Friday 13th October in the French Institute in Prague. The professionals can exchange their experience there.

The Move festival takes place from 9th till 14th October, tickets are available at the venues, as well as in Ticketpro, Ticketstream and Ticketportal.
