Cool down in tunnels underneath Prague
Are you fed up with the hot weather during your stay in Prague? Visit the underground tunnel in Lobkowicz garden. You can get there when you walk from the funical railway stop called Nebozizek in the direction of Petrin steps.
The tunnel contains photographies by Vladimir Vojir and his colleagues speleologists showing the underground spaces underneath Petrin Hill, Prague Castle or Strahov Monastery. Take a sweater with you as the average temperature in the tunnel is 10˚C (50˚F).
This weekend you can also visit the longest tunnel under Petrin. 80 meter out of 365 meters are open to the public. The excursion to the tunnel will be possible for groups of maxium 12 people. Other underground corridors are open beneath Vysehrad.

Hi Craig! We’re thinking of creating a contact us section, until then feel free to post a comment.
