Girl in Pink Dress worth 400 000 €
Cubist painting by Josef Capek “Girl in Pink Dress” (Devce v ruzovych satech) painted in 1916 was sold by action for 12 million of CZK (400 000 €). It is the piece of art that sold for the second biggest amount of money in the Czech Republic. Last year, Capek’s painting “Leg bath” (Koupel nohou) was sold for 9,3 millions of CZK.
