Sazka Arena ends, O2 Arena starts

Prague multi-functional hall Sazka Arena changes its name to O2 Arena this march. Five-year contract has been signed yesterday.

Telefónica has became the general partner so it’s logo and graphics will be seen in and outside the multipurpose arena. Unofficial data speak about 30-50 millions CZK in rental per year.

The Spanish giant in telecommunication, Teléfónica, has entered the agreement about general partnership with the concert organizer Live Nation, representing stars like Rolling Stones, Madonna, U2 or Coldplay, so there should be plenty good concerts to look forward to.
