Quarrels because of Madonna in Prague

The city and the City Hall of Prague 11 have accredited the Madonna’s concert in the amphitheatre. There is a petition being signed at the moment. The inhabitants of the soviet-style block apartments at Chodov were supposed to listen to Madonna’s concert, whether they like it or not. Prague City Hall and also representatives of Prague 11 have agreed on allowing Madonna’s concert yesterday. The amphitheatre is about to grow solely for the planned concert.

Construction of the amphitheatre starts on 8th August, the concert itself five days later, which means 15th August 2009. The technique transport carry out tens of trucks. The locals are scared that they won’t be able to sleep because of the concerts, try to defend by the petition. Also, they assume there will be traffic collapse, when those 55-75 thousands visitors try to come there at the same time, and that the organizer’s won’t clean the mess afterwards.

Prague Soon Building Stage for Madonna

If the people living in Prague Jizni Mesto feel on 13th August that they hear the voice of Madonna behind their windows, it won’t be a hallucination. It is almost certain now that Chodov will see the provisional amphitheater, where the star will perform. The site construction manages Live Nation agency. Whether this is going to be the place is not sure, though; five years ago the idea of making a similar concert at the place stopped petition of the locals.

There is nothing going to be build permanently, it is so going to resemble a one–day festival show. The agency have already organized the Prague concert of Rolling Stones, so technically it should be fine. Her guest is the music producer and a DJ Paul Oakenfold. Madonna’s last concerts in O2 Arena Prague were sold out in two hours, so be sure to buy it on 14th February, the day of release.

Tina Turner returns after thirteen years to the Czech Republic

Beyoncé in Prague concert

Beyoncé Giselle Knowles (1981), commonly known as Beyoncé, is an American R&B singer-songwriter, record producer, fashion designer and actress. Abba the Show in Prague

The musical event of the 2009 beginning is the exclusive concert of authentic voices in identical costumes, this group with members of the original Abba band brings some of the most fantastic moments of pop music back to life. They will perform together with The National Symphony Orchestra of London, led by Matthew Freeman.

James Blunt returns to Prague

…after two years. The British musician James Blunt introduces his latest album All the Lost Souls this Monday in Tesla Arena. The first time the songster Blunt sold out the space of Lumbeho garden at the Prague Castle in 2006. This time he goes directly to the Arena with some new songs. His début Back to Bedlam, published tree years ago, sold more than eleven millions copies, which put Blunt among the most selling world artists of the present.

He gained two prestigious Brit Awards, he was also nominated for Grammy. His fresh song All the Lost Souls became golden after after the first week and the single 1973 meant his first international number one on both sides of the Atlantic. James Blunt dated Czech top model Petra Nemcova, they met in December 2005 and started dating the following year. They were together until February 2008.

Alicia Keys concert tomorrow

Alicia Keys is an American R&B, soul, and neo soul singer-songwriter, pianist, cellist, and actress, who sold over thirty million albums worldwide and has won numerous awards, including eleven Grammy Awards, seventeen Billboard Music Awards, and three American Music Awards.

Seal's concert in Prague

Londoner Seal, the Grammy-avarded singer , songwriter and composer sppeared at British house scene with his hit Killer, followed by Crazy, which hit top ten and Seal became famous with critics and public as well. His four suessful albums brought a typical fusion of soul, pop, rock and rnb.

The pop megastar Celine Dion introduces herself to her music fans in the Czech Republic. Within the world tour Taking Chances she is going to sing in Prague.

The tour, on which she is going to visit more than hundred of cities in five continents was started in February 2008.

Celine Dion, often labelled as the best selling woman interpret of all times, have sold over 180 million copies and gained over 1000 significant trophies, including Grammy, Oscar, Golden Globe, World Music, Juno and Felix Awards.

Lenny Kravitz in Prague Tonight

The American musician Lenny Kravitz returns to Prague for his third concert after four years. He plays today and by tomorrow he is already in Bratislava.

After Kylie Minogue, the other songress with worldwide music influence comes for the first time to Prague. The Songress and pianist, born in 1981 in New York, has sold 28 million records worldwide, and even in the CR people have bought a few dozens of thousands, which means it is quite good.
